Binghatti Achieves Record-Breaking Dh270 Million Penthouse Sales in Dubai

Thu, Jul 2, 2026(45d ago)Business

Dubai’s real estate sector has once again demonstrated its magnetic appeal to ultra-high-net-worth investors, with developer Binghatti recently finalizing the sale of two exclusive penthouses for a combined Dh270 million. Located at the prestigious Bugatti Residences in Business Bay, the properties fetched Dh200 million and Dh70 million respectively, catering to international buyers looking to secure a piece of Dubai’s booming luxury market. This latest achievement follows the developer's historic sale of a Dh550 million penthouse in the same project back in late 2025, further cementing the development’s reputation as a magnet for global icons, including Neymar Jr. and Andrea Bocelli.

Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Holding, noted that these high-value transactions highlight the sustained resilience of the emirate's property market. He attributed this ongoing success to Dubai’s favorable economic climate and investor-friendly policies, which continue to draw elite clientele from across the globe. As Binghatti continues to expand its massive portfolio—which now spans over 100 projects and a development pipeline exceeding 30 million square feet—the company remains focused on delivering rare, ultra-luxury assets that redefine high-end living in one of the world's most dynamic real estate hubs.
