Dubai’s leading parking provider, Parkin, has entered into a five-year partnership with Al Ghurair Centre to overhaul the shopping destination's parking experience with a new ticketless, AI-powered system. By utilizing Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, the initiative eliminates the need for physical tickets, allowing for smoother vehicle access and reduced congestion. To further enhance the user experience, the facility will feature new cameras with integrated screens that offer real-time guidance to visitors, ensuring a seamless journey from the moment they arrive.

The new structure offers visitors three hours of complimentary parking, with standard rates applying thereafter—though parking remains free on Sundays and public holidays. Shoppers can enjoy even more perks, including two extra hours of free parking when spending at least Dh200 or by purchasing tickets at Star Cinemas, provided they validate their stay at the customer service desk. Beyond the retail experience, the agreement also introduces dedicated subscription options and tailored management solutions for the centre's residents and commercial tenants, ensuring that parking remains secure, organized, and efficiently managed for all users.
