Emirates to Bring Iconic A380 Service to Delhi This October

Thu, Jul 9, 2026(9h ago)Business

Starting October 25, Emirates is set to elevate its travel experience in India by deploying its flagship A380 aircraft to Delhi. This move marks the third Indian city to host the iconic double-decker, joining the ranks of Mumbai and Bengaluru. Passengers flying the EK512/513 route can look forward to the airline’s renowned four-class configuration, which includes the luxurious private suites and shower spas synonymous with the A380’s First Class cabin.

Beyond the introduction of the A380, Emirates is significantly expanding its Premium Economy footprint across the Indian subcontinent. By late October, travelers across six major cities—Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Kochi—will have access to the carrier's latest cabin offerings. This rollout includes the debut of the next-generation A350 on the Kolkata–Dubai route, ensuring that passengers on all 12 weekly flights between these cities enjoy a consistent, high-end experience. Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, noted that this expansion is a direct response to the robust demand for premium travel options within the Indian market.
