Dubai is moving closer to an era of automated logistics as Sobha Realty officially partners with Keeta Drone to integrate aerial delivery services into its residential developments. This collaboration aims to redefine urban convenience by embedding high-tech, self-sustained solutions directly into the daily lives of residents. According to leadership from both companies, the project is part of a long-term vision to create future-ready communities where precision and safety are prioritized, with full implementation slated for 2026 and beyond.

The initiative has received the backing of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, which views the project as a critical step in advancing the city’s mobility ecosystem. Beyond the private sector, Keeta Drone is also working with Dubai Municipality to bring similar delivery services to the city’s public beaches and parks, with initial trials expected to commence later this year. As these drone services begin to scale, the partners are already exploring potential expansion opportunities outside of the UAE, signaling a major shift in how urban dwellers will receive goods in the near future.
