Adnoc Distribution and Americana Restaurants Join Forces to Launch 200 New Eateries

Tue, May 19, 2026(49d ago)Business

Adnoc Distribution and Americana Restaurants have officially entered a strategic partnership to launch 200 new quick-service restaurant locations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. This expansion is designed to bolster Adnoc’s long-term retail strategy, which aims to double non-fuel transactions by 2030. With non-fuel retail profits already seeing a 14 percent year-on-year increase as of 2025, this move marks a significant shift toward enhancing the company’s lifestyle service offerings, including its ā€œThe Hub by Adnocā€ concept that integrates EV charging, dining, and car care into a single destination.

The collaboration will leverage Americana’s massive portfolio of global brands—ranging from KFC and Pizza Hut to Costa Coffee—to provide travelers with premium dining options during their stops. Executives from both companies highlighted that the move is about more than just food; it is an effort to transform traditional fuel stations into vibrant, convenience-led hubs that cater to modern consumer needs. By creating hundreds of new jobs across the region and aiming for an annual EBITDA of $30 million by the end of the decade, this partnership positions Adnoc as a leader in the evolving roadside retail landscape.
