This expansion is designed to bolster Adnocās long-term retail strategy, which aims to double non-fuel transactions by 2030. With non-fuel retail profits already seeing a 14 percent year-on-year increase as of 2025, this move marks a significant shift toward enhancing the companyās lifestyle service offerings, including its āThe Hub by Adnocā concept that integrates EV charging, dining, and car care into a single destination.
The collaboration will leverage Americanaās massive portfolio of global brandsāranging from KFC and Pizza Hut to Costa Coffeeāto provide travelers with premium dining options during their stops. Executives from both companies highlighted that the move is about more than just food; it is an effort to transform traditional fuel stations into vibrant, convenience-led hubs that cater to modern consumer needs.
