UAE Developer Arada Announces Major Dh5 Billion Residential Project on Gold Coast
UAE-based developer Arada is set to significantly increase its presence in the Australian market with a massive Dh5 billion twin-tower project located on the Gold Coast. This venture marks the companyâs first major move outside of New South Wales, aiming to deliver nearly 1,000 residential units to the area. The project, which will be constructed by Aradaâs internal subsidiary, Roberts Co, is strategically timed for completion before the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. By aligning with this major global event, Arada aims to capitalize on the region's surging demand for housing and ongoing infrastructure development.
Designed by Plus Studio, the development will feature two interconnected towers housing 952 premium apartments, complemented by an extensive range of high-end amenities such as wellness facilities, pools, and dedicated work-from-home spaces. The ground level is set to integrate retail and hospitality outlets, further enhancing the appeal of its prime location near the Gold Coast Convention Centre and local transit hubs. Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi emphasized that this expansion highlights Aradaâs long-term commitment to Australiaâs urban markets. Since entering the country in 2024, the developer has rapidly built a robust pipeline of over 5,000 homes, reinforcing its status as a major international player with a global portfolio valued at Dh130 billion.
