Dubai’s Parkin Sets Sights on Regional Expansion
Parkin, the prominent Dubai-based parking operator, is actively exploring avenues to extend its footprint beyond its home base. With three decades of expertise in parking management and smart technology, CEO Mohamed Al Ali confirmed that the firm is evaluating strategic opportunities across the GCC and other UAE emirates. While the company remains cautious, keeping a close eye on geopolitical developments and regional stability, it is clear that expanding its operational and advisory services into neighboring markets is a core objective for its future growth.
Building on this ambition, the company recently marked its first international milestone by signing a memorandum of understanding with partners in Egypt to bolster local mobility infrastructure. Domestically, Parkin is also strengthening its presence through innovative collaborations, such as its partnership with Abu Dhabi’s Q Mobility to create a seamless, unified payment system for drivers. As the company continues to test new ticketless parking models and engage in high-level discussions with developers, it remains committed to scaling its smart infrastructure to provide a more connected experience for motorists across the region.
