Wynn Al Marjan Island's Luxury Superyacht Marina Expansion

Mon, Oct 5, 2026(2h ago)Business

Ras Al Khaimah is set to elevate its luxury tourism profile with the addition of a world-class, 98-berth superyacht marina at the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort. Designed to accommodate massive vessels up to 85 meters in length, this facility aims to outperform any other hotel-attached marina currently operating in the UAE. Managed by the renowned Fort Lauderdale-based IGY Marinas, the harbor is intended to be more than just a docking point; it will serve as a seamless gateway that connects sea-bound travelers directly to the resort's premium dining, retail, and wellness amenities.

The marina’s design centers on a unique circular harbor surrounded by vibrant promenades, restaurants, and terraced viewing areas that highlight the stunning Arabian Gulf sunset. At its core, the "Capitainerie" will function as both an operational hub and a high-end arrival lounge, allowing guests to complete check-in procedures onboard their yachts before stepping straight into the luxury of the resort. With the wider Wynn Al Marjan project now slated for a September 2027 opening—following a budget increase to $5.7 billion—this ambitious waterfront development is poised to become a landmark destination for the region’s elite maritime community.
