Air India Express Boosts Connectivity Between India and the Middle East
Air India Express has officially rolled out its most extensive winter schedule to date, significantly ramping up its flight frequency between India and the Middle East. With plans to operate up to 135 daily departures to the region, the budget carrier is strengthening its presence in major hubs including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kochi. This expansion focuses on the airlineâs busiest routes, providing enhanced service to key cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, and Doha. By connecting 23 Indian cities to 12 international gateways, the airline is reinforcing its role as a vital link for the millions of expatriates living and working abroad.
The new schedule, which remains in effect through March 27, 2027, is part of a broader effort by the airline to improve travel options for those heading home for family visits, business, or leisure. Beyond simply adding more flights, Air India Express is also upgrading the passenger experience by deploying retrofitted aircraft across these international routes. As the Middle East continues to be the primary focus of its global network, these strategic updates ensure that the carrier remains a top choice for travelers navigating one of the world's most active and important aviation corridors.
