Flydubai Extends Suspension of Saudi Arabia Flights Through October 24

Mon, Oct 19, 2026(1h ago)Business

Flydubai has officially pushed back its flight suspension for several Saudi Arabian destinations, including Riyadh, Dammam, and Abha, until October 24. A company spokesperson noted that the ongoing regional situation continues to impact scheduled operations, necessitating these extended cancellations. The airline remains in a monitoring phase, promising to keep passengers informed via their official communication channels as the situation evolves.

To minimize travel complications, the carrier is urging all affected customers to frequently verify their flight status and ensure their contact information is current. This latest adjustment follows a string of previous extensions as the airline attempts to navigate persistent regional instability, which has also prompted other carriers like Etihad Airways to suspend services to the Kingdom until the same date. Passengers are advised to remain vigilant for further updates as flight schedules remain subject to change.
