Sharjah Launches Lightning-Fast Digital Attestation Service

Wed, May 13, 2026(55d ago)UAE

Sharjah has officially streamlined the academic certificate process by launching a new, integrated digital service on the Dalil platform. Through a strategic collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), students and parents can now handle certificate issuance and attestation entirely online. This unified digital window replaces a formerly cumbersome three-step process, allowing users to complete their transactions in just three minutes—a massive improvement over the previous six-day waiting period.

By removing the need to navigate multiple platforms, this initiative significantly reduces administrative burdens and aligns with the UAE’s Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme. The service ensures that certificates are issued and attested for both domestic and international use without redundant steps. Officials from both SPEA and MoFA have emphasized that this integration is a key step in their mission to build a seamless, people-centric digital ecosystem that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through advanced government collaboration.
