Dubai Summer Surprises Launches Grand Giveaway of 12 Apartments

Wed, Jun 3, 2026(45d ago)UAE

For the first time ever, shoppers in Dubai have the life-changing opportunity to win a home simply by hitting the malls. As part of the upcoming Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) festival, organizers have announced a massive promotion where spending at least Dh500 at any of the 3,500 participating retail outlets will enter customers into a draw for one of 12 brand-new apartments. Developed in partnership with Binghatti, the prize pool includes 11 stylish studio apartments and one spacious two-bedroom unit. The promotion runs from May 22 through August 30, and the more you shop, the higher your chances of becoming a homeowner.

According to Ahmed Alkhaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, this campaign is designed to be the most extensive in the event's history. Once a purchase of Dh500 is made, shoppers are automatically entered into the raffle. To maximize their odds, participants are encouraged to enter early, as their entries will remain eligible throughout the duration of the festival. Beyond the apartment giveaway, the DSS calendar is packed with exciting events, including dedicated weekends for gold, electronics, fashion, and beauty, alongside a massive "90 per cent off" sale that promises to make this summer season an unforgettable shopping experience.
