Dubai Taxi Company has officially solidified its expansion strategy by signing a definitive agreement to acquire the entirety of National Taxi LLC. This move brings one of the UAE’s most prominent transportation operators under its umbrella, further consolidating its influence across key cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. By integrating National Taxi’s established operations, the company aims to strengthen its position as a primary provider of mobility solutions within the region.

To facilitate this massive acquisition, which carries an enterprise value of Dh1.45 billion, the company has secured funding through new bank debt facilities. While the deal is set at this valuation, officials noted that the final payment may be subject to adjustments based on the specific terms outlined in the sales and purchase agreement.
