Salik to Launch Cashless Parking at Dubai Harbour

Mon, Jul 13, 2026(45d ago)UAE

Starting July 13, motorists visiting Dubai Harbour will benefit from a new, frictionless parking experience thanks to a strategic partnership between Salik and Shamal. By integrating Salik’s digital toll technology into the facility’s operations, the collaboration eliminates the need for physical tickets, cash, or traditional payment kiosks. This system, deployed in partnership with Parkonic, allows users to pay for parking directly via their existing Salik accounts, streamlining the entry and exit process at the new nine-storey Harbour West Car Park.

This initiative is a significant milestone in Salik’s ongoing transition from a simple toll operator to a comprehensive digital mobility platform. The multi-level facility, which provides 845 parking spaces, is set to serve as a vital hub for visitors to Dubai Harbour, Dubai Marina, and the surrounding business districts. By leveraging this smart infrastructure, both Salik and Shamal aim to reduce congestion, save commuters time, and contribute to Dubai’s broader vision of becoming a global leader in smart, connected urban living.
