Companies that exceed these requirements are rewarded with significant perks, including priority access to government contracts and substantial discounts on service fees through the Emiratisation Partners Club. With the extension of the Nafis initiative through 2040 and a steady requirement for firms with 50 or more employees to increase their skilled national workforce, the UAE is firmly on track to build a more sustainable, knowledge-based economy centered on local expertise.
