New UAE Initiative Tackles Student Behavioral Challenges
To combat the rising concerns of bullying, vaping, and gaming addiction among students, the Dubai Women’s Association has introduced a comprehensive, year-round program titled "Phenomena and Solutions." Recognizing that these behavioral issues, alongside a waning interest in academics, are becoming increasingly prevalent, the initiative aims to foster a healthier school environment. By integrating monthly lectures and hands-on workshops into the academic calendar, the project seeks to instill self-confidence, ethical values, and better mental health practices across all grade levels.
Beyond addressing negative habits, the campaign focuses on personal development by offering guidance on career paths and promoting digital literacy. Organizers plan to evaluate the program's effectiveness through consistent feedback from parents and teachers, alongside digital surveys that track changes in student behavior and skill acquisition. By promoting open dialogue and self-discipline, the association hopes to nurture a more responsible generation, ultimately reducing the psychological and social burdens associated with modern behavioral challenges.
