The Government of Ajman has officially launched the UAE’s first "headless" service model powered by agentic AI, marking a significant milestone in digital governance. By automating the trade license renewal process, the initiative removes the traditional need for manual applications, allowing the government to anticipate customer needs rather than waiting for requests. This system, developed by the Department of Digital Ajman, proactively notifies business owners when renewals are due via the AjmanOne app and coordinates seamlessly with relevant departments, such as the Municipality, to manage underlying requirements like commercial lease renewals.

This innovation is a core component of the Ajman Artificial Intelligence Programme, designed to enhance the emirate's economic competitiveness while prioritizing a people-first approach. By integrating various government entities into a single, automated workflow, the initiative drastically reduces the administrative burden on business owners. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi emphasized that this technology is not just about efficiency, but about building a responsive government that leverages secure, data-driven systems to foster a seamless environment for investors, ultimately supporting the goals of Ajman Vision 2030.
