Wynn Al Marjan Island Hits Milestone with New Beachfront Development
The Wynn Al Marjan Island project in Ras Al Khaimah has reached a significant construction milestone, successfully completing a 550-metre shoreline, a protected lagoon, and an artificial offshore reef. These features serve as the foundation for the resort’s upcoming waterfront experience, which is slated to open its doors in 2027. The beach area, framed by intentional rock formations, is designed to offer guests a serene environment for activities like kayaking, paddle-boarding, and swimming, all while maintaining a sense of exclusivity.
Beyond providing a premium leisure space, the development has placed a strong focus on ecological preservation. The newly installed engineered reef structures are already showing signs of thriving marine growth, with local wildlife, including nesting ospreys, beginning to inhabit the area. As part of the broader Wynn Beach concept—which will eventually be divided into distinct Resort, Adult, and Enclave beach zones—this completion reflects the developer’s commitment to integrating world-class luxury with the rich natural biodiversity of the Arabian Gulf.
