UAE Weather Forecast: High Temperatures and Approaching Rainfall
Residents across the UAE should prepare for a mix of extreme heat and localized weather shifts as the week progresses. While Sunday is expected to remain largely fair to partly cloudy, the National Centre of Meteorology has warned that convective clouds are likely to build over eastern regions by Monday afternoon. These conditions may trigger scattered rainfall, continuing the pattern of unstable weather that has recently seen heavy downpours and thunderstorms strike areas across Abu Dhabi and the Dubai-Al Ain road.
In addition to the threat of rain, commuters should remain cautious of shifting winds that could whip up dust and sand, potentially lowering visibility on the roads. Temperatures remain intense as well, with Abu Dhabi peaking at 45°C and Dubai reaching 42°C today. As humidity levels climb overnight and into Monday morning, officials are advising motorists to be alert for mist formation in coastal areas, ensuring safety amidst the countryâs fluctuating summer conditions.
