Ajman Launches Instant Digital Contract Cancellation Service

Wed, Aug 26, 2026(2h ago)UAE

The Ajman Municipality and Planning Department has officially rolled out a seamless digital service that streamlines the process of canceling all types of contracts. By integrating this feature into the Tasdeeq platform, the authority has effectively eliminated the need for paperwork, manual staff reviews, and lengthy waiting periods. Once both involved parties provide their electronic consent, the cancellation is processed immediately and automatically, successfully achieving the department's goal of a zero-bureaucracy experience.

Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the department, emphasized that this initiative is a significant step toward modernizing rental services and enhancing the overall customer journey. By removing redundant procedures and manual interventions, the city is fostering a more efficient and flexible ecosystem. This shift not only accelerates transaction times but also reinforces Ajman’s ongoing commitment to digital transformation, ensuring that government services are more accessible, innovative, and user-friendly for everyone.
