The World Championship of Legends (WCL) is set to make a grand move for its third installment, shifting the action to the UAE from October 3 to October 18, 2026. After two highly successful seasons in the UK, the league is looking to elevate its status by bringing together some of the most iconic figures in cricket history. Fans can look forward to seeing familiar faces like AB de Villiers, Yuvraj Singh, Shahid Afridi, and DJ Bravo, now joined by newcomers such as David Warner and Mohammad Mahmudullah. The tournament also marks a significant expansion with the inclusion of a Bangladesh Champions team, further diversifying the competitive landscape.

The organizers are promising an even more ambitious production, building on the massive momentum from their second season, which garnered 425 million viewers worldwide. WCL Founder and CEO Harshit Tomar, along with co-owner Ajay Devgn, highlighted that this season aims to blend intense professional rivalries with deep-rooted nostalgia. By moving to the UAE, the league hopes to tap into a fresh global audience and provide an enhanced, high-energy experience. With new rosters and a fresh host nation, the upcoming season is positioned to be the most significant chapter in the tournament’s history.
