Government staff will be granted up to three hours of flexibility each day, allowing them to adjust their arrival or departure times to accommodate school drop-offs and pick-ups.

For parents with children in nurseries or kindergartens, this benefit extends throughout the entire first week of the school year. Meanwhile, employees with children in primary school and beyond are eligible for this flexibility on the first day of classes. To take advantage of this initiative, staff must log their adjusted hours through the 'Mawared Ajman' app, with local human resources departments tasked with overseeing the smooth implementation of the policy.
