The Naseej initiative, a community-focused project led by the Dubai Police Academy, has achieved remarkable success in curbing delinquency among youth. By blending military-style discipline with sports, psychological counseling, and awareness workshops, the program offers a constructive alternative to the traditional criminal justice system for students struggling with misconduct. Since its inception, the initiative has supported 135 young people, providing them with the structure needed to foster personal growth and better community integration.

The results of the program have been overwhelmingly positive, with data indicating a 98.5% drop in negative behavior at school and a 90.9% improvement in conduct at home. Parents have expressed high levels of satisfaction, noting significant transformations in their children's attitudes and responsibility. Over the course of thousands of training hours, participants have learned to replace impulsive actions with discipline and awareness, proving that early intervention through specialized mentorship and structured activities is a highly effective way to steer young lives toward a brighter, more productive future.
