Abu Dhabi is set to host the third Hili Forum on September 7 and 8 at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, bringing together over 1,000 global experts, policymakers, and academics from 35 nations. Organized by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) and the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), the event is titled "Gulf at Crossroads: Conflict, Consequences and Course Correction." This timely gathering aims to address the region’s shifting landscape, particularly in light of recent international tensions that have highlighted the Gulf’s critical role in global energy stability, trade routes, and international security.

The forum will focus on three core pillars: geopolitics, geo-economics, and geotechnology, encouraging participants to challenge conventional wisdom regarding regional security and cooperation. By hosting these discussions, the UAE positions itself as a modern-day hub for dialogue, mirroring the historical significance of the ancient Hili settlement.
