This initiative is designed to support individuals in their daily commute by easing the financial burden of obtaining or managing a driving license. The offer applies to the issuance of new licenses, renewals, the addition of new vehicle categories, and the replacement of lost or damaged documents. Eligible individuals include holders of the Sanad Card issued by the Community Development Authority (CDA), as well as those carrying the official People of Determination card from the UAE Ministry of Community Development.

To take advantage of this benefit, applicants can submit their requests, which the RTA aims to review within three working days before coordinating with the Dubai Health Authority for final processing. For those who do not yet hold a Sanad Card, the application process is straightforward and can be completed via the CDA website or their customer happiness centers. Once a service request is filed and necessary medical documentation or existing disability cards are verified, the authority will process the application and notify the applicant via text or email, ensuring a streamlined experience for all beneficiaries.
