Emergency crews rush to contain residential fire in Abu Dhabi’s Al Dana area
Emergency responders, including the Abu Dhabi Police and the Civil Defence Authority, were deployed to a residential building on Khalifa Bin Zayed The First Street this Tuesday evening following reports of a fire. As the situation remains ongoing, officials have requested that the public refrain from sharing unconfirmed information on social media, emphasizing the importance of relying solely on official channels for verified updates regarding the safety of the site and any potential impact on residents.
This incident marks the third fire reported in the emirate within a mere 48-hour window. Earlier on Tuesday, emergency teams successfully managed a fire at a factory in the ICAD III Musaffah district, and just a day prior, firefighters neutralized a blaze at a farm in Al Bahya. Fortunately, authorities have confirmed that no injuries were reported in either of the previous incidents, and investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the fire in Al Dana as emergency operations continue.
