Ajman Announces Four Days of Free Parking for Eid Al Adha

Sat, May 23, 2026(90d ago)UAE

As the Eid Al Adha celebrations approach, the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department has introduced a comprehensive holiday plan to enhance convenience for both residents and visitors. Motorists can enjoy four days of free public parking starting Tuesday, June 16, through Friday, June 19, with standard fees set to resume on Saturday, June 20. While the temporary exemption aims to ease travel, officials have reminded drivers to remain mindful of parking regulations and avoid obstructing traffic or utilizing restricted zones.

In addition to parking perks, the city is readying its public spaces for the festive crowds. All public parks and recreational areas will extend their operating hours, welcoming visitors daily from 11 am until midnight. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the department, emphasized that these measures are part of an integrated strategy to ensure a seamless holiday experience. With increased maintenance and inspection efforts underway, the municipality aims to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for families across the emirate throughout the Eid break.
