According to the Anti-Narcotics Department, the suspect was specifically targeting the youth by filling electronic cigarettes with illicit substances. Brigadier Majid Sultan Al Asam, the Director of the Anti-Narcotics Department, underscored the force’s zero-tolerance policy toward drug distribution, framing the arrest as a critical step in protecting the community.
