It is vital for owners to act promptly, as failure to comply by the new deadline could lead to severe consequences, including administrative fines reaching up to Dh1 million and mandatory rectification orders. By starting the compliance process early, managers may also qualify for an additional six-month grace period, ensuring their properties remain fully compliant and operational under the emirate's safety regulations.
