UAE Weather Update: Temperatures to Hit 36ºC Amidst Humid Conditions

Mon, Oct 5, 2026(2h ago)UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted a fair to partly cloudy day across the UAE this Monday, October 5. While the morning may start clear, residents can expect some cloud cover to develop over eastern regions as the afternoon progresses. As the sun sets, the atmosphere is slated to become increasingly humid, particularly in coastal and internal zones, where there is a notable possibility of mist or fog rolling in by Tuesday morning.

Temperatures are expected to remain warm, with major hubs like Dubai and Sharjah reaching highs of 36ºC, while Abu Dhabi will see the mercury climb slightly higher to 37ºC. Nights will offer a bit of relief as temperatures drop to between 29ºC and 31ºC. Throughout the day, light to moderate winds, originating from the southwest and northwest, will circulate at speeds of up to 35 kmph, while sea conditions in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea are predicted to remain slight to moderate.
