Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project is designed to become a premier hub for residents in surrounding areas like Jumeirah Village Triangle, The Springs, and Jumeirah Islands. Featuring over 360 stores, the complex aims to blend high-end retail with diverse dining and entertainment options, all housed within a modern, fluid architectural space designed to provide a seamless social experience for visitors.

This development strengthens Dubai Retail’s already impressive portfolio, which includes iconic locations such as Ibn Battuta Mall and The Outlet Village. As the UAE continues to invest heavily in its "mall economy," Skylight Mall is just one of several ambitious projects currently in the pipeline. These include the massive Dubai Square, which is projected to be three times the size of Downtown Dubai, the scenic Dubai South Bay Mall, and the resort-inspired Villa Square.
