UAE Weather Forecast: Rain Expected Amid Rising Temperatures

Tue, Oct 13, 2026(1h ago)UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted unsettled weather for the UAE this Tuesday, October 12. While the day is expected to start with fair to partly cloudy skies, the afternoon may see the development of convective clouds, particularly in eastern and western regions, raising the likelihood of scattered rainfall. As night falls, the atmosphere is set to become humid, with the NCM warning of potential fog or mist forming by Wednesday morning, primarily in western parts of the country.

Despite the chance of rain, temperatures will remain on the warmer side across the nation. Peak temperatures are expected to reach a sweltering 43ÂșC in certain areas, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi hitting highs of 38ÂșC and 39ÂșC, respectively. Winds are projected to be light to moderate, blowing from the southeast to the northeast, though they could pick up speed during periods of cloud activity, potentially causing dust to blow. During these spells, wind speeds may reach up to 40kmph, while conditions at sea are expected to remain slight throughout the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
