The top honor was awarded to the team behind SWS Board Technology, a company that has significantly impacted the global manufacturing landscape from its base in Dubai.

Under the leadership of entrepreneur Rainier Nouhra, SWS Board Technology has grown into an industry giant, currently responsible for producing half of the world’s wakeboards and kiteboards, along with a third of its snowboards. With an annual production capacity reaching over 450,000 units and a global sales record exceeding 6 million boards, the company’s products have reached the highest levels of competition, including world championships and the Winter Olympic Games. Sheikh Hamdan lauded the firm not only for its impressive economic scale but also for its commitment to pioneering sustainable manufacturing practices within the sector.
