Dubai’s Parkin Secures Decade-Long Parking Deal for JLT
Parkin has officially extended its partnership with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, securing a 10-year contract to manage parking facilities throughout Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Under this renewed agreement, the company will oversee approximately 2,800 paid parking spots, including dedicated motorcycle bays, while also introducing new solar-powered infrastructure to the area. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, noted that the company is eager to refine the parking experience for JLT’s diverse community of residents, businesses, and visitors by leveraging its established operational expertise.
Beyond this local milestone, Parkin is actively looking toward international expansion. During a recent interview, Al Ali revealed that the firm is evaluating potential growth opportunities across the GCC and beyond, focusing on parking management technology and advisory partnerships. While the company is currently monitoring regional geopolitical conditions to time its entry into new markets, it remains confident that its thirty years of industry experience provides a strong foundation for scaling its operations outside of the UAE.
