Celebrating Eid Al Adha with Joy: UAE Workers Honoured at Special Events

Fri, May 29, 2026(90d ago)UAE

To celebrate Eid Al Adha, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (Mohre) hosted vibrant festivities across 30 locations in the UAE. Under the theme "Our Workers’ Happiness, the Joy of Our Eid," the events were designed to uplift the spirits of the workforce through lively music, energetic dance performances, and engaging activities like tug-of-war. Workers were given the chance to win exciting rewards, including mobile phones and shopping vouchers, turning their day off into a truly memorable experience.

The initiative, supported by various government partners and private sector companies, reflects the UAE’s deep-seated commitment to worker well-being and social inclusion. By encouraging companies to host their own side events, the ministry aimed to foster a culture of care and appreciation. Officials highlighted that workers are an essential pillar of the nation’s growth, and by integrating them into these national celebrations, the country continues to strengthen its work environment and ensure that its labor market remains both stable and welcoming.
