UAE and Eswatini Ink Historic Visa-Free Travel Agreement

Sat, May 30, 2026(51m ago)UAE

The United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Eswatini have officially entered into a new memorandum of understanding, effectively removing entry visa requirements for citizens traveling between the two nations. This significant diplomatic step was formalized by UAE Minister of State Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan and Eswatini’s Minister of Home Affairs, Princess Lindiwe.

By eliminating these travel barriers, both nations aim to foster stronger bilateral relations and streamline movement for their citizens. Officials from both governments emphasized that this initiative reflects a mutual desire to deepen diplomatic ties and cultivate new opportunities for strategic partnership and cooperation across a variety of professional and economic sectors.
