Air Arabia Launches New Direct Route Connecting Sharjah and Aleppo

Sat, Jul 4, 2026(3h ago)World

Starting today, July 4, UAE-based airline Air Arabia has officially inaugurated its new non-stop flight service between Sharjah and Aleppo, Syria. The first flights successfully landed at their destination early this morning, marking the beginning of a daily service that further bridges the gap between the two countries. This route complements the airline’s existing schedule, which already includes 21 weekly flights to Damascus from Sharjah and three weekly trips from Abu Dhabi.

Adel Al Ali, Group CEO of Air Arabia, emphasized that this expansion underscores the airline's dedication to boosting regional accessibility and fostering stronger tourism and economic bonds. For budget-conscious travelers and expatriates, these new daily flights provide a convenient and cost-effective travel option. Passengers interested in booking can secure their tickets through the official Air Arabia website, their global call center, or by visiting local travel agencies.
