The results were significant: daily tobacco use dropped from over 55 percent to roughly 27 percent by the end of the study, with more than one in four participants quitting entirely.

When individuals see their own recovery scores dip or their sleep duration shorten in real-time on days they smoke, the decision to quit shifts from an abstract moral choice to a practical, health-driven necessity.
