3 Suspects Held in Connection With Tiger Shroff Shooting Incident
Authorities have taken three individuals, including a minor, into custody in connection with the recent shooting incident targeting Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff. The arrests were made in Kota, Rajasthan, after local police received intelligence that the suspects were traveling by train. Following a swift operation, law enforcement officials apprehended the trio—identified as Rehan, Hritik Kurmi, and a juvenile—and are now in the process of handing them over to the Mumbai Police for further investigation. While the suspects’ alleged intention was to flee to Nepal, officers are still searching for the weapons used during the attack.
Preliminary reports suggest the shooters may have ties to gangster Anil Pandit, who is reportedly associated with the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The incident, which occurred Sunday evening outside a Juhu football club, left Tiger Shroff’s driver injured, while the actor suffered minor wounds from shattered glass and gunpowder. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited the family to offer support, emphasizing that the state will not tolerate threats against public figures and promising that those responsible will face the full weight of the law.
