Amanat Holdings Sees Strong H1 Growth

Fri, Aug 14, 2026(1h ago)Business

Amanat Holdings has posted a robust performance for the first half of the year, reporting a 46% surge in profit to Dh153.3 million. This impressive growth was primarily fueled by a significant uptick in both patient volumes and student enrolments across its diversified portfolio. Total revenue for the six-month period ending June 30 climbed 24% to Dh582.5 million, while EBITDA saw a healthy 30% increase. In recognition of these strong results, the company has declared an interim cash dividend of Dh75 million, or 3 fils per share, signaling confidence in its ongoing operational momentum.

The firm's dual focus on healthcare and education continues to yield substantial returns, with Cambridge Health Group seeing its profits multiply more than eight-fold and Almasar Education achieving a 29% profit boost. Looking ahead, Amanat is executing an ambitious Dh1.5 billion investment strategy to be deployed over the next three years. This plan, which includes greenfield developments, facility expansions, and strategic acquisitions, aims to bolster long-term value for shareholders. CEO John Ireland emphasized that these achievements are a direct result of the group’s commitment to expanding its capacity and meeting the rising demand in its core sectors.
