Fri, Sep 11, 2026(2h ago)World

A devastating bus crash occurred this past Thursday near the remote village of Susch in eastern Switzerland, resulting in multiple fatalities and several injuries. The vehicle, which was transporting a tour group of Dutch nationals, reportedly flipped over along a mountainous route. Images from the scene captured the somber aftermath, showing the bus lying on its side as emergency responders and law enforcement swarmed the area to manage the wreckage and attend to the victims.

A representative for the Dutch tour operator OAD confirmed that the bus was carrying 48 passengers, all of whom were from the Netherlands. While local authorities in the canton of Graubuenden have yet to release a specific breakdown of the casualties, they have indicated that further details will be provided as the investigation progresses. For now, rescue operations remain the priority, and officials are working to support those affected by this tragic incident.
