Response Plus Holding Sees Profits Soar Amid Regional Expansion

Thu, Jul 30, 2026(45d ago)Business

Abu Dhabi-based medical services firm Response Plus Holding (RPM) has delivered a stellar performance for the first half of 2026, with net profits nearly doubling to Dh39.8 million—a 96 per cent jump from the previous year. This impressive financial momentum was mirrored by a 57 per cent surge in revenue, reaching Dh390.4 million. The company's robust growth was further highlighted by a significant increase in EBITDA to Dh58.1 million and a rise in total assets to Dh545.1 million. In a move to reward its investors, the board has approved an interim cash dividend of Dh12 million, representing Dh0.06 per share, with payouts scheduled to follow a series of key dates in August.

Much of this success is driven by the company’s aggressive expansion across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with the latter reporting a remarkable 227 per cent revenue spike. A major operational highlight for the period was the firm’s critical role in providing medical support during the Hajj pilgrimage, a feat CEO Dr. Rohil Raghavan described as a defining milestone for the organization. Moving forward, Response Plus plans to capitalize on this momentum by entering new markets in Africa and the Asia Pacific region, while simultaneously introducing new service initiatives to bolster its position as a global leader in pre-hospital and emergency medical care.
