Waha Capital Posts Strong 62% Profit Growth in H1 2026
Waha Capital PJSC has announced a robust financial performance for the first half of 2026, revealing a net profit of Dh338 million—a significant 62 percent increase compared to the same period last year. The company’s total income climbed to Dh479 million, while its total assets under management reached Dh13.9 billion by the end of June. Notably, the firm successfully attracted over $300 million in net inflows, pushing third-party assets under management to approximately Dh8.5 billion, a testament to the effectiveness of its diversified investment strategy.
Chairman Waleed Al Mokarrab Al Muhairi attributed these results to the company's disciplined approach to capital allocation and its ability to thrive across varied market cycles. Managing Director Mohamed Hussain Al Nowais highlighted that all core business pillars contributed to this success, with Private Investments tripling its year-on-year profit to Dh114 million. Meanwhile, Waha Land is currently advancing a significant growth phase, with over 225,000 square metres of industrial and logistics space under development. This Dh500 million investment is set to bolster the company’s recurring income base and ensure long-term value for stakeholders.
