Flydubai Expands Italian Routes with Increased Service to Naples and Milan

Thu, Jul 30, 2026(45d ago)Business

Dubai-based airline Flydubai is strengthening its presence in Italy by boosting flight frequencies to key destinations. Starting July 31, the carrier will move to a double-daily service for its Milan-Bergamo route, while simultaneously maintaining its daily commitment to Naples. This expansion underscores the airline's ongoing strategy to solidify Dubai's position as a premier global transit hub, offering travelers improved access and more flexible scheduling for their European getaways.

As part of these adjustments, the airline has announced a temporary shift in operations for its Naples service. Due to scheduled infrastructure improvements at Naples International Airport, flights will be redirected to Salerno Costa d’Amalfi Airport throughout the month of November. Flydubai has proactively managed this transition by automatically rebooking affected passengers, ensuring travel remains seamless. Once the maintenance is complete on December 1, operations will return to the standard Naples schedule, complementing the airline's broader network which includes seasonal flights to Olbia and consistent service to Catania.
