Emaar Properties has officially announced an ambitious Dh200-billion masterplan that promises to redefine Dubai’s urban landscape. Spanning over 4.5 million square metres, this massive development is designed to function as a "city within a city," eventually accommodating roughly 150,000 residents. The project will feature a diverse mix of high-end residential towers, luxury mansions, premium office spaces, and a variety of cultural and civic amenities. Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar, described the venture as the company’s most significant dream to date, highlighting its role in showcasing the future growth and innovation of the UAE.

The development is centered around the "20-minute city" concept, ensuring that residents can access essential services like schools, healthcare, and retail outlets within a short walking distance. Beyond its structural grandeur, the project prioritizes smart technology, featuring advanced mobility infrastructure and digital connectivity to streamline daily life. The landscape will be equally impressive, characterized by swimmable lagoons, lush parks, and winding water streams. Divided into five distinct zones—including a dedicated Business Hub and family-focused clusters—the community is crafted to balance professional productivity with a serene, resort-style living experience that sets a new benchmark for luxury in the region.
