Deyaar Development Sees 27% Profit Jump Driven by Strong Project Handovers

Fri, Oct 23, 2026(2h ago)Real Estate

Deyaar Development has delivered a strong financial performance for the first nine months of 2026, recording a 27% surge in pre-tax profit to Dh541.5 million. While revenue saw a modest 5% increase to Dh1.52 billion, the company’s bottom line was significantly bolstered by disciplined cost management and highly efficient project execution, which pushed its profit margin to 35.6%. This momentum was particularly evident in the third quarter, where pre-tax profits climbed by 29% compared to the same period last year, signaling sustained operational health.

A major driver behind these results has been the successful delivery of over 2,100 residential units across various Dubai communities since the start of the year. CEO Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami emphasized that the firm’s strategy remains firmly rooted in meeting delivery commitments, which has effectively converted their sales pipeline into realized value. As Deyaar moves into the final quarter, it remains aligned with Dubai’s broader economic and urban development goals, aiming to enter 2027 with a strengthened financial foundation while continuing its commitment to social responsibility through partnerships with the Al Jalila Foundation and the Dubai Club for People of Determination.
