Sharjah Expands Real Estate Services with New Muwaileh Branch

Fri, Oct 30, 2026(2h ago)Real Estate

To accommodate the rapid urban growth and surging investment activity in the region, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department has officially launched a new branch in Muwaileh. This strategic move is designed to bring essential services directly to property owners and investors, streamlining the documentation process. The new office provides a comprehensive suite of solutions, ranging from title deed issuance and mortgage processing to contract attestation and property valuations, ensuring that residents can manage their real estate needs with greater ease and efficiency.

Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the department, noted that the expansion is a direct response to the area’s exceptional development and rising population. By establishing a physical presence in this bustling community, the department aims to save clients significant time and keep pace with the ongoing property boom. Supported by modern technology and a professional team, this initiative underscores Sharjah’s broader commitment to enhancing infrastructure and improving service accessibility across its growing network of locations.
