UAE Denounces Recent Houthi Aggression Against Saudi Arabia

Wed, Sep 16, 2026(1h ago)World

The United Arab Emirates has issued a firm condemnation of the recent Houthi strikes targeting civilian infrastructure across the Saudi Arabian cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Taif. Utilizing a combination of drones and ballistic missiles, the attacks reportedly caused multiple injuries to innocent civilians. The UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep concern, describing these hostile actions as a blatant breach of Saudi sovereignty and a direct challenge to the nation's regional stability.

In the wake of these incidents, the UAE has reiterated its unwavering support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Ministry emphasized that it stands in full solidarity with Saudi authorities, backing all necessary security measures the Kingdom takes to protect its territory and its people from further threats.
