UAE Fuel Prices Drop for July 2026: What Motorists Need to Know

Tue, Jun 30, 2026(3h ago)Business

After four months of steady increases, UAE motorists will finally see some relief at the pump this July. Following global market trends and a cooling of regional tensions, the Ministry of Energy has announced a reduction in fuel rates. This shift comes as international oil prices dip, marking a welcome break for residents after a period of consistent hikes in petrol costs throughout the first half of the year.

Starting July 1, the adjusted prices mean that filling up your vehicle will be noticeably cheaper than it was in June. Depending on your vehicle’s tank size, drivers can expect to save between Dh27.54 and Dh40.7 per full tank. Whether you drive a compact car, a sedan, or a large SUV, these new rates offer a significant reduction in monthly travel expenses as the country aligns its local fuel pricing model with the current global market environment.
