Amanat Holdings to Invest Dh1.5 Billion in GCC Growth Strategy

Wed, Aug 5, 2026(1h ago)Business

Dubai-listed Amanat Holdings is embarking on a bold new chapter, pledging to deploy Dh1.5 billion over the next three years to bolster its footprint in the healthcare and education sectors. Driven by the region’s shifting demographics and a rising demand for essential services, the company plans to focus on organic expansion, greenfield projects, and targeted acquisitions. To ensure stability for its investors during this aggressive growth phase, the board has simultaneously approved a new dividend policy, guaranteeing a minimum annual payout of 7 fils per share.

Leadership at Amanat emphasizes that this expansion will be managed with strict financial discipline, maintaining a target return on equity (ROE) of at least 10%. While the company scales up operations—such as expanding Cambridge Health Group’s hospital capacity and exploring new K-12 education opportunities—it remains committed to balancing rapid growth with consistent shareholder returns. By utilizing a mix of cash reserves, strategic debt, and capital recycling, Amanat aims to capitalize on the UAE and broader GCC’s economic potential while reinforcing its position as a resilient, long-term player in essential social infrastructure.
